?? Sunshine, good vibes, and giving back! This summer, SHEIN team members across the U.S. came together for a two-month initiative focused on advancing food equity through hands-on volunteering. From planting and sorting to serving - every effort mattered! ? Nearly 40,000 pounds of produce sorted ? Over $8,000 donated to local charities supporting food access ? 660+ meals served to people facing homelessness in LA’s most vulnerable community The SHEIN team brought heart, hustle, and real impact to local food banks and hunger relief initiatives including The Midnight Mission, Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Capital Area Food Bank, The Caring Center, Hopelink, and Feeding San Diego. Big things happened last week in Whitestown, Indiana!??? In collaboration with our amazing on-site team, we kicked off the very first SHEIN Cares Employee Drive?at our Whitestown facility. The three-day event combined employee engagement, responsible warehouse operations, and meaningful community impact. Here’s what we accomplished together: - Engaged 1,500+ workforce members, with 11 leadership team members volunteering hands-on. - Raised nearly $7,000?for The Caring Center,?an organization?helping address food insecurity in the Whitestown community. - Donated 400+ items?to Dress For Success Indianapolis?and Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis,?organizations?helping empower local women and girls to build confidence and thrive in work and in life.
